Terms and Conditions for BonkBoy Ltd’s BonkBoy Ltd: Meme-On TCG – Generational Knowledge Edition Giveaway

 

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is BonkBoy Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16489543, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE (“Promoter”). This giveaway promotes the launch of the BonkBoy Ltd: Meme-On TCG – Generational Knowledge Edition (“the Game”), designed to educate participants about digital currencies and markets, empowering the next generation and those entering the crypto space with tools to navigate the digital future safely. “BonkBoy” and “Meme-On” are registered trademarks owned by BonkBoy Ltd, and all rights in the Game and associated materials are reserved. All Game content, including memes and influencer-related material, is either original AI-generated, parody, satire, or properly licensed under BonkBoy Ltd’s registered trademarks to avoid intellectual property conflicts. BonkBoy Ltd has no financial, legal, or shareholding ties to any cryptocurrency.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over, resident in jurisdictions where participation is permitted by law, except employees, agents, contractors, or consultants of BonkBoy Ltd, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway.
2.2 Participants must provide accurate contact details and comply with these terms. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway for the 5,000 free sets, but purchase is required for the 20,000 sets available for sale.
2.3 BonkBoy Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who breaches these terms, provides false information, or attempts to manipulate the giveaway.

3. Giveaway Overview
3.1 The giveaway is a promotional campaign to distribute 5,000 of the 25,000 limited edition Generational Knowledge Edition sets, with the remaining 20,000 sets available for purchase at a recommended retail price (RRP) of £99 (before discounts, with shipping costs varying by region).
3.2 Each set includes 121 gameplay cards, one gold card (not real gold) bearing a unique number (1 to 25,000) and a linked serial code, a hoodie, a hat, and randomized extras such as keyrings, stickers, and mystery instant wins. Additionally, each set includes one non-fungible token (NFT), redeemable after the giveaway milestone, as detailed in Section 8.
3.3 The giveaway is triggered once 5,000 sets are sold and 2,000 sets are distributed for free, funded by sales revenue to ensure a guaranteed contest. The initiative prioritizes brand awareness, education, and giving back to the community that supports this global movement for digital literacy, not profit maximization.

4. Entry and Redemption
4.1 Free entry for the 5,000 giveaway sets is facilitated through one-time use codes distributed via various channels, including meme communities, influencer networks, and other promotional avenues. Codes are redeemed on BonkBoy Ltd’s Shopify website.
4.2 Additional discount codes, including 10% off and potentially higher-value discounts, may be distributed through similar channels. A one-off competition may offer mystery boxes containing multiple prizes alongside the Game set.
4.3 All entries and redemptions are subject to availability and must comply with these terms. Codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

5. Randomization Process
5.1 Each set contains a gold card (not real gold) with a unique number (1 to 25,000) and a corresponding serial code, serving as the participant’s ticket to prize draws.
5.2 The numbers are printed, cut, pressed, shuffled, and packed randomly by a computer system at the manufacturer’s facility. The cards are sealed in plastic, placed in outer cardboard packaging, and packed into merch boxes. The randomization ensures no one—not BonkBoy Ltd, its staff, or the manufacturer—knows which number is in which set until opened.
5.3 The sole record of serial code and number pairings is stored securely on the manufacturer’s computer system, accessible only to the owner and director of the manufacturing warehouse. This record is not shared with BonkBoy Ltd or any other party until all 25,000 sets are distributed to stockists and warehouses for sale, ensuring an unrigged and fair competition.

6. Prizes
6.1 A total of 202 prizes will be awarded once the giveaway is triggered (5,000 sets sold and 2,000 given away). Prizes include:

  • One Bitcoin: Valued at the market price on the draw date, with a cash alternative equivalent to the Bitcoin’s value on that day.
  • One Lamborghini Huracan: With a cash alternative of $120,000 USD.
  • 200 Additional Prizes: Including mystery boxes, getaways, instant wins, special BonkBoy merchandise, and other items announced daily once the giveaway begins, until all prizes are awarded.
    6.2 Every set (purchased or given away) includes a hoodie, a hat, randomized extras (e.g., keyrings, stickers, mystery instant wins), and one NFT (see Section 8).
    6.3 Prizes are non-transferable, and no alternative prizes will be offered except as specified. BonkBoy Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

7. Winner Selection and Announcement
7.1 Winners will be selected through multiple random number generation methods, ensuring fairness and transparency. Some draws may involve celebrities for promotional purposes.
7.2 Live winner announcements will commence once the giveaway milestone is reached, broadcast via BonkBoy Ltd’s official channels (e.g., website, social media).
7.3 Winners will be notified using the contact details provided during redemption or purchase. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 30 days after the counter hits 25,000 on the BonkBoy Ltd website, BonkBoy Ltd reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7.4 The randomization and sealing process (Section 5) ensures the competition is unrigged and impartial.

8. Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
8.1 Each set includes one NFT, redeemable via the BonkBoy Ltd website once the giveaway milestone (5,000 sets sold, 2,000 given away) is reached.
8.2 NFTs are provided as fun, collectible digital tokens with no tangible or monetary value. BonkBoy Ltd makes no representations or warranties regarding the functionality, utility, or future value of the NFTs. Participants assume all risks associated with NFT ownership, including technical issues or market fluctuations, and agree that BonkBoy Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising therefrom. Once claimed, BonkBoy Ltd has no further link to the NFT or its future uses, and all rights, responsibilities, and liabilities transfer entirely to the claimant.
8.3 The inclusion of NFTs is for entertainment purposes only, and BonkBoy Ltd has no financial, legal, or shareholding ties to any cryptocurrency or blockchain technology. This provision is governed by UK law, and participants waive any claim against BonkBoy Ltd for perceived value or legal status of NFTs.
8.4 NFTs are issued subject to the terms of the issuing platform, and BonkBoy Ltd accepts no responsibility for their accessibility or redemption post-distribution.

9. Educational Mission
9.1 This giveaway embodies BonkBoy Ltd’s commitment to teaching and educating participants about digital currency and markets, equipping the next generation with the knowledge to navigate the digital era safely.
9.2 By participating, entrants support a positive movement that gives back to the community, fostering a global brand dedicated to digital literacy and empowerment.

10. Liability and Disclaimers
10.1 BonkBoy Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of prizes, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10.2 The Promoter makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game, prizes, or NFTs beyond what is stated herein.
10.3 The giveaway is void where prohibited by law, and BonkBoy Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway if required by legal or regulatory authorities.

11. General Provisions
11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11.2 BonkBoy Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms with notice published on its official website.
11.3 Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and BonkBoy Ltd’s privacy policy, available on its website.

12. Future Developments and Editions
BonkBoy Ltd reserves the right to develop and release future editions of the BonkBoy Ltd: Meme-On TCG, including booster packs, which may incorporate new parody representations of influencers or additional meme content. Any such inclusions will be subject to the acquisition of appropriate intellectual property permissions and/or will adhere to the same standards of originality, parody, satire, or licensing under BonkBoy Ltd’s registered trademarks as the initial Game content. Participants acknowledge that such developments are at the sole discretion of BonkBoy Ltd and may involve separate terms of sale or participation.
